My aim is to teach people to respect their bodies, to know that they can feel great in themselves, in their bodies with a little TLC. I love helping people, I love seeing their transformation, their spark come back, their excitment when people comment on how well they are looking but most importantly their excitment when they feel better, they sleep better, they think more clearly.

About Me
Like many people I was living on the tread mill of life, working as a Property Manager for 9 years, but knowing deep down I was meant for bigger things, to help people, to grow and inspire. When my husband and I started our family i didn't want to go back to full time employment where they dictated my hours and someone else looked after my children, enjoying their precious moments. I was lucky to be introduced to Perfect Balance Body Detox, then Bowen Therapy which I started working from home, but I found myself wanting to know more and to learn more. I knew i could help more people out there.
I was then introduced to Arbonne, while I was excited about this business, I don't think I really understood the changes it would make to me and my family. It gave us flexibility, freedom, and most importantly to me was the personal growth. It showed me that any thing is possible and to follow your dreams. I was then introduced to Access Consciousness Bars, which I felt like my whole life had been waiting for, it allowed me to grow in myself, to believe in myself and push forward to help others.
Always looking for more, I was then introduced to Chi Nei Tsang, chinese abdominal massage, releasing build up energies and issues in the stomuch. I am currently studyinig this and using this on some of my clients and already the results and beyond amazing.
I was feeling fabulous but the one area that still didnt sit well was the appointments to the doctors, i felt like they were constant with the kids, nothing major but just enough, so my doctor knowing my passion for natural health, he put me onto doTERRA essential oils and i fell in love, they are amazing, the kids love them and ask for them now when they are feeling unwell. Less trips to the doctors, which is a little bit of a shame because i do love my doctor but great for us.
So i feel like I'm complete with my helping abilites but i know i will always be searchign for more knowledge on helping people feel better, for that change they are looking for and just feeling great.
